I understand that whitewater rafting and river activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks including but not limited to: capsizing, swimming in cold and turbulent water, collision with rocks or other rafts, hypothermia, drowning, equipment failure, exposure to weather, and other hazards inherent to wilderness river travel.
I acknowledge that no amount of care, caution, instruction, or expertise can fully eliminate these risks. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks for myself and any minor participants in my care.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Snake River Outfitters, its owners, guides, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury sustained during my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law.
I authorize Snake River Outfitters guides to obtain or provide first aid and emergency medical care should it become necessary, and I accept financial responsibility for any such treatment. Please list any allergies, medical conditions, or medications guides should be aware of:
