Why the name Broken View.

Over the years I've watched far too many small business owners try to run their companies without an accurate picture of what's actually happening inside of them. Leads scattered across five inboxes. Ad performance nobody really understands. A marketing calendar that lives in someone's head. Revenue numbers that only make sense after the accountant is done with them.

That's a broken view. And it's not because these owners aren't smart or aren't working hard. It's because the tools and the help they've been given haven't been built around how their business actually runs.

Broken View exists to fix that. Clear systems. Honest reporting. Marketing that connects back to real numbers, so you can finally see your own business the way you should have been seeing it all along.

I've worked inside agencies, alongside small business owners, and on the tools every day for years. That experience is what I bring to every client I take on.

Four things I try to do every day.

Answer the phone

When you have a question, you get me. Not a ticket. Not "your account manager will get back to you." Me, usually within a few hours.

Tell the truth about numbers

If a campaign isn't performing, you'll hear it from me first, along with what I want to try next. Clean reporting on real numbers, every week.

Build things that last

Campaigns end. Systems compound. Whatever I build for you (funnels, dashboards, workflows) is built so your team can actually run with it long after I'm gone.

Keep it plain

Clear language, always. If something's complicated, I'll explain it in a way that makes sense to anyone on your team.

I'm in the Treasure Valley, but my clients are all over the West Coast, Mountain West, and a few scattered around the rest of the country. Everything runs on scheduled Zoom calls and async updates, which works great for most businesses.

If you're local (Boise, Nampa, Meridian, Caldwell), I'm always up for coffee. Otherwise, Zoom works just fine.
