About

Hi, I'm Chance.

I grew up in the Treasure Valley and studied marketing at Boise State. By graduation I was already running paid ads for 7+ client accounts at once inside a full-service agency. I did that for 4+ years before starting Broken View in Nampa.

The name comes from something I kept seeing: owners working hard without a clear view of what their marketing was doing. Leads were scattered across inboxes, nobody could explain ad performance, and the content calendar lived in someone's head.

Broken View exists to fix that with clear systems, honest reporting, and marketing that ties back to revenue. When you work with me, you deal with me every time.

How I work

Four things I try to do every day.

01

Answer the phone.

When you have a question, you get me, not a ticket or an account manager. Usually within a few hours.

02

Tell the truth about numbers.

If a campaign isn't working, you'll hear it from me first, along with what I want to try next.

03

Build things that last.

Campaigns end, but systems keep paying off. What I build is set up so your team can run it after I'm gone.

04

Keep it plain.

No jargon. If something is complicated, I'll explain it so anyone on your team can follow.

Who I work with

I'm selective, on purpose.

I'm one person, so I keep my client list small.

Great fit

  • Local and regional service businesses with real customers: home services, outdoor pros, outfitters, health and wellness
  • Small ecommerce brands that want help with ads and email without hiring a full team

Not a fit

  • Pre-revenue startups that haven't proven an offer yet
  • "Make it go viral" as the main goal
  • Enterprise needs that call for a team of 10

Clients across Idaho, Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, Arizona, Maryland, Florida, and Massachusetts.
